Association Services of Florida Appoints New Member of Executive Team
Marc Rodriguez, a veteran of South Florida community association management, joined Association Services of Florida, an Associa company, as assistant director of management services.

Rodriguez joined the property management industry in 2005, and is a member of the company's executive team where he will lead a group of portfolio managers.
"As a previous president of his own property management company, we know Marc knows the intricacies of the industry," said ASF President and CEO Jeffrey Ulm. "His experience will allow him to go above and beyond for our homeowners and communities."
Rodriguez was previously the president and CEO of his own property management company, where he developed strategic growth goals and guided management infrastructure, support systems and business development. He joined the industry as a condominium conversion manager for a South Florida developer, where he oversaw the conversion of twelve properties from acquisition to turnover.
Rodriguez is a member of the Community Associations Institute, and is involved in Florida legislation and how it affects community associations throughout the state. He had the honor of being nationally recognized as a "Who's Who" among executive and professionals throughout the United States by Cambridge. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Phoenix.
