Associa's CMP Honors Central Park at Metrowest
At a recent Hurricane Preparedness Seminar, Community Management Professionals, an Associa( http://www.associaonline.com/) company, recognized the board of directors of Central Park Metrowest for their tireless efforts in the betterment of their community. The event was held May 30, 2013 at the Metrowest Golf Club.
- (1888PressRelease) June 21, 2013 - Dallas, TX - The Board of Directors was awarded a plaque from CMP, who has managed the community for more than six years, honoring them as their first "Community of the Year."
The award does not sit alone but shares a room with such other recent awards bestowed on the community including the 2011 Communities of Excellence Trendsetter Award (Financial Category; "Best of Orlando Townhome/Condominium Category for 2011, 2012, 2013) and the 2013 Neighborhood Leadership Award. Lastly, it was the first association in the State of Florida to earn the designation "Crime Free Condominium."
"What they have done here is nothing short of amazing," said Director of Operations Dean Driscoll. "They are truly the ideal role model for any board to emulate in running an association."
On-Site Manager Nancy Stout was also acknowledged by CMP as Manager of the Year as a result of her hard work and dedication in helping the board achieve those goals. Nancy was most recently recognized as a Top Ten Finalist in the 2013 Nationwide Manager of the Year for On-site Association Management.
