CRISIL DA2 rating of Asset Homes is upgraded to CRISIL DA2+, the highest grade among the builders in Kerala!
- (1888PressRelease) July 18, 2019 - Asset Homes was awarded CRISIL DA2+ rating at an event held in Kochi. It was awarded by Ajay Kumar, Regional Head of CRISIL.
Asset Homes previously had DA2 rating. DA2+ grading is the highest grade among builders in Kerala. CRISIL’s DA2+ rating means "The developer’s ability to execute real estate projects as per the specified quality level within the stipulated schedule and to transfer a clean title with 100% legal ownership is VERY GOOD". Overall performance is also taken into account to decide whether a builder is eligible for DA2+ rating.
