One of the biggest benefits we have noticed at ACS is that instead of having two hour meetings three time a week, we are now down to just one hour meeting. Also, we have seen more collaboration and less friction between hardware and software engineers as well as a willingness to communicate more effectively with Sales staff and procurement.
