Artlightenment Invigorates the Artist Spirit of Nashville
Artlightenment is an annual event taking place in the historic Fall School building, itself a piece of art restored by the Church of Scientology in 2009.
- Nashville, TN (1888PressRelease) November 11, 2010 - Bringing together the likes of Michael McBride, Juliana Ericson and James Threalkill is the Artlightenment art exhibit happening this weekend in Nashville, TN. "Artlightenment uplifts the artist and in doing so, uplifts the culture," says show organizer Robyn Morshead.
There will be workshops throughout the weekend by prominent artists Michael McBride and Pomm Hepner on creating a successful art career, promoting yourself as an artist and empowering yourself and your creative ability.
The artists will be available for a meet and greet on Saturday, Nov 14th from 6pm-10pm where complimentary light refreshments and wine will be served.
The Artlightenment exhibit is free, open to the public and for all ages. The workshops are for all artists attending the show as well as visiting artists, musicians, actors, people in the creative fields, or any person wanting to improve their career or start a new one.
The Artlightenment artist showcase is the creation of Nashville artist Robyn Morshead. The event takes place annually in the Historic Fall School building at 1130 8th Avenue South, itself an awarded piece of historic art after being restored in 2009 by the Church of Scientology.
