Artisan Marketplace ArtFire.com Unveils New Customer Support Help Center
ArtFire.com, the artisan marketplace, has launched an interactive help center to organize their library of help materials.

In an aim to improve business and technical education resources available to online sellers, ArtFire has launched a fully searchable help center. The ArtFire Help Center aims to increase the amount of help available for both buyers and sellers as traffic for ArtFire continues to rise. The new searchable Help Center creates a knowledge base to answer commonly asked questions for ArtFire members and visitors all in one centralized location.
ArtFire offers customization and dozens of tools to help members create a unique, personalized selling space. The Help Center is populated with nearly one hundred help guides published with easy to follow screenshots and step-by-step instructions on everything from how to create a banner for an artisan studio, to how to utilize SEO and social networking to promote an online business. In addition, all of the lessons from ArtFire's recent partnership with Postling.com for their Social Media Boot Camp will be integrated into the Help Center as they are released.
Over time the Help Center will expand and grow with the site to include video help content along with the current written guides, pictures and screen-shots.
