Armor Storage to Open New Self-Storage Facility in West Olympia, WA
West Coast Self-Storage Group and Armor Storage, LLC announced today that their newest self-storage facility, Armor Storage West Olympia, will open in August 2018.
- Olympia, WA (1888PressRelease) July 14, 2018 - West Coast Self-Storage Group and Armor Storage, LLC announced today that their newest self-storage facility, Armor Storage West Olympia, will open in August 2018. The facility will be located at 3400 Mottman Road SW, just west of Hwy 101 in Olympia, Washington.
Glenn C. Wells, A.I.A. designed the facility, which features 579 self-storage units amounting to 123,054 rentable square feet of storage space. The facility will offer both drive-up access storage units and interior heated storage units. Additional property amenities include almost 18,000 square feet RV and boat storage, advanced security measures, and a retail store offering boxes and packing supplies. The facility is also slated to be a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, meaning it will have moving trucks available for reservation.
The self-storage facility was developed by Armor Storage, LLC and will be managed by West Coast Self-Storage Group, based in Everett, WA.
