Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System Awards IT Consulting Contract to SoftPath Technologies
AHCCCS awarded one year contract, with option of 4 one year extensions, to SoftPath Technologies to provide Healthcare IT Consulting Services.
- Warren-Farmington Hills-Troy, MI (1888PressRelease) March 31, 2013 - SoftPath Technologies today announced that it is one of the vendors awarded an IT consulting contract by Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS). Under the terms of the contract, SoftPath may provide variety of IT Services to AHCCCS including Project Management, System Development & Testing, Network and Database Administration on an "as-needed" basis either on full or partial owner ship. Apart from this, SoftPath may also provide IT Services under its niche focus areas of Business Process Management (BPM) & SharePoint implementations.
SoftPath Technologies will provide these services for an initial period of one (1) year with an option of four (4) one-year extensions.
The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (written as AHCCCS and pronounced 'access') is Arizona's Medicaid program. AHCCCS oversees contracted health plans in the delivery of health care to individuals and families who qualify for Medicaid and other medical assistance programs. As of May 1, 2012, AHCCCS has provided coverage to approximately 1.3 million members.
