- (1888PressRelease) August 19, 2010 - The upcoming Gansevoort Park Ave South is still on track for a Summer 2010 opening.
The main attraction at Gansevoort Park, a 19-story hotel with 249 guestrooms, will be its heated indoor-outdoor rooftop pool and tri-level rooftop with unobstructed views of the Empire State Building. There will also be an exhale Spa on-site, an Italian restaurant from The One Group called Aselina, a duplex corner retail space and a Cutler salon. Cutler is also the toiletry brand used within Gansevoort hotels.
As for the rooms-generously proportioned spaces with most rooms and suites having balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows but more importantly, free WiFi. The vibe is expected to be more 40's glam than downtown chic and sensual art from photographer Deborah Anderson will be integrated throughout the entire hotel. Her work is seen at the original Gansevoort NYC.
