Advanced Search and Customizations Improve Client Experience.
Archive Systems helps companies make the transition to the paperless environment at their own pace.
(1888PressRelease) May 18, 2010 - Fairfield, NJ - Archive Systems, Inc., a leading provider of document management services, today announced ASPEN Virtual Records Center (VRC) Release 5.0, a comprehensive, Web-based extension to paper-based records management. The new release enhances Archive Systems' records management services by enabling users to perform Advanced Searches on inventory, specify delivery dates, receive notifications of Virtual File Delivery, and more.
With the VRC, users can immediately locate their containers, indexed file folders, or media utilizing a variety of search methods. The new Advanced Search feature allows users to perform queries for unrelated items in a single search, streamlining the user experience. This enhancement greatly improves the efficiency for identifying and ordering required individual files, entire boxes or computer media.
"We are very excited about the latest VRC release because it continues to improve our clients' ability to effectively manage their business records. We ensure that they have the business-critical information they need, making it available on their desktop 24/7. In addition, we speed the ability to view their documents in storage through Virtual File Delivery," said BJ Johnson, Senior Vice President & General Manager of Operations of Archive Systems.
Additional enhancements integrated into the VRC offer greater flexibility for the user. For example, users can now specify timeframes for both Virtual File Delivery and files delivered by Archive Systems' drivers. Customized drop down menus and email notifications also provide for a richer, more user-friendly experience.
"Archive Systems helps companies make the transition to the paperless environment at their own pace. The VRC begins that process by giving clients the ability to view their paper documents on the desktop through Virtual File Delivery. When they're ready, we then move them to ASPEN Virtual File Room to remove the paper from whole departments," Johnson added.
