Aqua Comms DAC ("Aqua Comms"), the operator of Ireland’s first dedicated subsea fibre-optic network interconnecting New York, Dublin and London, announces today that its Chief Executive Officer, Nigel Bayliff will speak at iCU Helsinki 2018 in Finland.
