About the Partners
Jacqueline McMillan graduated from the HRER Master's and post-graduate programs at Penn State. She has worked on administrative and integration teams in the finance, publishing, and technology sectors and is considered a subject-matter expert on change management within matrix-modeled organizations. McMillan is PHR, ISA, and HR Compliance certified.
Sandra Sementan was a Principal Examiner for the State of Connecticut Human Services Division and served for a number of years as Compliance Officer at Mass Savings Bank. Ms. Sementan is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and a Certified Risk Professional (CRP). She is presently pursuing her doctoral degree at Penn State and has earned an MBA in Business Law from Boston University.
