To achieve this recognition, services providers must demonstrate a high level of proficiency and have proven customer references as a managed service provider. MSP providers must manage their customers' infrastructure, associated databases, and applications deployed on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. Service providers must also meet or exceed a required number of certified consultants to provide the level of customer support demanded by AWS.
