The release of the upgrades wasn't expected until mid November but Apple seemed to have completed the process in record time with the update being release shortly after it's submission.

Milpay assists US Military and Dept of Defense workers in avoiding searching through military pay charts, determining their pay scales including BAH rates and countless incentive payments.
