The Mustang restaurant showcases new design elements from Applebee's, featuring a more contemporary and sophisticated atmosphere. Guests will love the local ambiance inside, which is decorated with historical memorabilia, Mustang landmark photographs and Mustang High School's athletic teams.
"We are proud of the relationships and services we have provided Oklahoma residents over the years," said Michael Olander, President and CEO of the Apple Gold Group. "This new restaurant offers a fantastic opportunity to expand our footprint in this state and helps continue to strengthen our ties to its communities."
As part of the Apple Gold Group's efforts to give back to the community, they have partnered with Mustang High School and their Mustang Project Graduation (MPG) for the grand opening of the new restaurant. Prior to the official opening, Apple Gold will host a charity night on Tuesday, November 12th to support the MPG program. "We would like to thank the Apple Gold Group and all the employees of Applebee's for hosting a charity night in an effort to help us raise funds for our Mustang High School Project Graduation," stated Jeff Vickers, Chair of Mustang Project Graduation. "We are so lucky to have a company like Applebee's involved, whose commitment to giving back to the community and its people is evident in everything they do."
Supporting local charities is an essential element of Applebee's mission to be America's Favorite Neighbor. Over the past year, the company's combined 131 locations raised over $1.5 million dollars for local non-profits in the communities they serve. In addition to restaurant promotions for Susan G.
