App Solutions Acquires Grossum, a Kyiv-based IT Outsourcing Company
App Solutions, a software development company with R&D office in Ukraine, acquires Grossum, a Kyiv-based IT outsourcing company. The deal will result in higher efficiency of the App Solutions' business, strengthen expertise in web and mobile development and will improve the company's positions in the IT outsourcing market.
- Boston, MA-NH (1888PressRelease) April 29, 2017 - The combined business will provide a solid ground for further acquisitions and will pave the way to the App Solutions' strategic goal of growing into a Top-10 IT outsourcing company in Ukraine.
Both teams will continue their business as usual and both brands and legal entities will remain active. Mykola Slobodian, the founder and CEO of Grossum, will join Oleksii Vitchenko as a partner in App Solutions and will take the role of CEO of the joint business.
The plan for the nearest future is to integrate the teams and business processes, and consolidate marketing efforts in positioning the two brands.
