Apollos' Mr. Jim Kyle Spotlighted by the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE)
Apollos University became the first DETC accredited university to join the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE). This move further demonstrates the university's commitment to embrace Diversity & Inclusion on a global scale.
- (1888PressRelease) February 10, 2014 - Apollos University recently became the first DETC accredited university to join the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE). Apollos' membership in NADOHE further demonstrates the university's commitment to embrace Diversity & Inclusion on a local and national scale. Mr. Jim Kyle, VP Diversity, was interviewed by NADOHE and when asked why Apollos joined NADOHE, stated "We will continue our efforts to attract and retain highly skilled, yet diverse faculty, staff, and students.
We will also continue to provide a learning environment that is transparent; recognized online leader of quality distance education; and an educational institution that fosters a collaborative and strong online environment that embraces diversity and inclusion." Kyle continues to look for opportunities to embed diversity into Apollos' culture while furthering the mission of providing education to qualified students worldwide.
