According to recent surveys, quality of Wi-Fi connection is one of the most important amenities guests look for in a hotel. In order to maintain Sedona Hotel's reputation of high-quality service, they decided to acquire ANTlabs technology solutions to improve their quality of service in terms of their Internet business needs.

The hotel issued an order for ANTlabs' InnGate E-series 1000, an advanced technology that benefits both hoteliers and their guests. This product has advanced features that help hoteliers manage their Internet bandwidth and guarantee their guests an uninterrupted Internet experience.

Like most establishments of its kind, Sedona Hotel provides free Wi-Fi access; unfortunately this doesn't guarantee that their guests are getting their fair share of Internet bandwidth. "They are basically giving out free internet access via Wi-Fi from the APs" says Mr. Philip Shui, Customer Solutions Manager of ANTlabs. "Myanmar [has] a very [good] potential hospitality market and we should seize more opportunities from there," says Mr. Shui. Penetrating into the Myanmar market is ANTlabs' main goal after having closed this deal. "ANTlabs will be working closely with our partners there [in Myanmar] and establish more contacts with other hotel groups. ANTlabs has set a goal to closing more deals in the next six months and "bring in purchasing orders from two other hotels groups," says Mr. Shui.
