Anthem Self Storage Now Open in Everett, WA
Everett, Washington residents have a new choice when it comes to self-storage in the area.
- Seattle-Bellevue-Everett, WA (1888PressRelease) April 26, 2019 - Anthem Self Storage, a new storage facility in Everett, Washington, announced today that they are now open. The facility is located at 1610 SE Everett Mall Way, which is just south of the intersection of Hwy 527 and I-5 in Everett, Washington.
Sellentin Architecture designed the self-storage facility, which features 748 units totaling 79,175 sq. ft. of rentable storage space. The facility offers both indoor heated storage units and non-heated drive-up access storage units in a range of sizes from as small as 5 ft x 5 ft all the way up to 10 ft x 30 ft. Amenities include advanced security measures such as 24-hour video surveillance and individually-alarmed units, pull-through covered loading/unloading area, wide drive aisles capable of accepting 18-wheel trailers, and a retail moving supplies store offering boxes and packing materials. The facility is also scheduled to be a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, meaning it will have moving trucks available to reserve. Access hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. Office hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Sunday.
The self-storage facility is owned by Anthem Self Storage (EM), LLC of Everett, WA and was built by Issaquah, WA-based JPR Construction. Integral Northwest of Everett, WA was the developer on the project and West Coast Self-Storage Group is managing the storage operation for the ownership group.
