The Short Sale had two Lienholders. Therefore this Nevada Short Sale had to be approved with both Wells Fargo and PNC. The original list price was $84,045 and it closed at $80,000. This was a cash buyer who did not receive any contributions from the seller or the mortgage companies who held the liens. The PNC deficiency was waived. This short sale took 428 days total from list date to close but only 12 days from the day that short sale approval letter was received.
