Following the success of the Zankyou International Wedding Awards 2011, which generated tons of buzz on websites, blogs and social networking sites worldwide, the second annual awards are expected to be an even greater success in the growing online wedding industry.
ZIWA 2012 is sponsored by Etsy, the online marketplace for handmade and vintage goods and supplies.

ZIWA is Zankyou's ultimate quest to find the world's 99 most inspirational wedding websites!
With the help of some of the wedding industry's top experts and Zankyou's own panel of editors, they've gathered nearly 40 wedding planners from around the globe. Hailing from Germany, The U.K., Spain, France, Brazil and the United States, the ZIWA Judging Panel, including Jessica B. Sloane, Bernadette Coveney-Smith and Mindy Marzec from the U.S., helped to create a list of 180 nominees. Now it's up to followers and fans to vote for their favorites, to create the definitive list of the 99 most inspirational wedding websites in the world.
Zankyou would like to emphasize THE WORLD as this is a truly a worldwide effort and initiative from Zankyou and their global team.
Thanks to Zankyou Wedding Magazine's 17 local editions in 8 different languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, German, Dutch and Polish) there are nominees from all over the world.
Zankyou is relying on their fans, followers and all industry experts to pick their favorite wedding websites or blogs from their own countries or abroad.
The voting period opens on April 16th and runs until midnight EST until April 23rd. To vote, you just need to head over to http://www.zankyou.us/p/time-to-vote-for-your-favorite-ziwa-2012-nominees-sponsored-by-etsy and pick your favorites!
The winners will be announced on April 25th. All winners will receive a badge and the option of appearing on the Zankyou Wedding Magazine.
