Angel Investors and Entrepreneurs Get Educated at Angel Resource Institute's Workshops in Washington
Workshops in Washington, held March 26, is the premier event in the Angel Resource Institute's 2014 calendar. ARI is a nonprofit committed to education and research for angel investors and entrepreneurs and is the only organization licensed by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation to present the Power of Angel Investing series in addition to programs designed by ARI's core instructors and fellows.
- Washington, DC-MD-VA-WV (1888PressRelease) March 21, 2014 - The Angel Resource Institute (ARI) is hosting three workshops at the Washington Hilton, March 26, 2014. The workshops are Angel Investing - An Overview, Early Exits and Valuation of Early-Stage Companies. The Workshops in Washington also highlights innovations in the Halo Report, a quarterly report on angel investing trends, with the release of the new data portal, ARIHaloReport.com. The 2013 Halo Report will also be released live during the ACA Summit by Rob Wiltbank, head of research for ARI.

ARI's lead research initiative is the Halo Report sponsored by Silicon Valley Bank. The Halo Report captures and reports quarterly trends in angel investing reported by angel groups that submit data to ARI. The report is expanding to also include data from individual angel investors.
ARI's full-day flagship workshop, Angel Investing - An Overview, will be presented by Susan Preston. Preston will conduct the eight-hour AIO that includes a standout panel of angel investors and in-depth case studies for hands-on learning. Entrepreneur-turned-angel-investor Bill Payne will conduct the Valuation of Early-Stage Companies seminar. Seasoned and world-renowned angel Bob Okabe lends his years' of experience to Early Exits.
