AndSoToBed Completes Major Refurbishment at Its Manchester Showroom
Luxury bedroom specialist And So To Bed will relaunch its Manchester showroom on 10th March following an extensive refurbishment.
- (1888PressRelease) March 09, 2016 - Located on the 5th floor of Manchester's premium department store House of Fraser, AndSoToBed's redesigned space will feature an inspirational display of bedroom furniture, a brand new sleep consultancy area and a special collaboration with Cheshire based designer Rachel Bates.
For the redesign And So To Bed has brought together three of its specialist concepts - the And So To Bed mattress studio, Vispring and Tempur - to create a oneof- a-kind sleep consultancy experience. The sleep area is complemented by a special edit of finely crafted beds, furniture and accessories that show customers the breadth of choice, comfort and craftsmanship available.
Wayne Clarke, Creative Director of And So To Bed says; "Our mantra has always been that if a customer spends ten minutes with an And So To Bed consultant, they'll give you ten years of good sleep. The refurbishment gives customers the chance to browse in privacy and takes them on a discreet journey through room-sets that have been designed to transport you away from the frenzy of a department store."
Taking centre stage at the showroom for a limited time only will be the brand new Hélène bed designed by Rachel Bates. Inspired by Rachel's love of Baroque and Rococo design, the bed features intricately hand-carved gold leaf peacock feathers set against hydrangeas. Hélène has been finished in And So To Bed's house colour Vert but can be handmade to the customer's individual specification. Especially for the launch And So To Bed will host two intimate Q&As with in-house Creative Director Wayne Clarke and Rachel Bates, where they will discuss the Hélène collaboration and reveal their best-kept secrets and design trend predictions for 2016.
Paddy Prowse, Managing Director of And So To Bed comments; "Manchester is a thriving city with style conscious customers who demand choice in terms of style and understand the importance of quality craftsmanship. As House of Fraser is a show stopping destination right in the heart of the city we wanted to offer an immersive bedroom experience. With this compelling combination
in mind, our latest refurbishment combines expert sleep advice with a huge array of bedroom furniture and mattress options".
