Anaheim White House to Announce Winners of West Wing Giveaway

Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) August 02, 2011 - Representatives from numerous nonprofit organizations will gather together to learn the results of an unprecedented giveaway whereby 12 nonprofits each will receive a free catered luncheon for up to 100 at one of Orange County's finest restaurants. Nonprofits as diverse as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Southern California, Orange County Child Abuse Foundation, Meals on Wheels, The American Red Cross and Susan G. Koman For The Cure, will be vying for one of the coveted prizes. The giveaway will take place in the private banquet facility at the Anaheim White House known as the West Wing on Wednesday, August 31 at 6:00 p.m.

According to the restaurant's owner Bruno Serato, each prize package, which includes room rental, a 3-course lunch and non-alcoholic beverages, is valued at $4,000. Each nonprofit submitted a 1-page description of their mission and how they hope to use the fundraiser several weeks ago. Serato and a panel of judges selected the winners.

Also that evening, Serato said that he would be making a "major announcement" that could affect dozens of nonprofits in and around Southern California.
