Anaheim White House "Falls" Into Autumn With Holiday Events
Halloween, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving & Tree Lighting Celebrated At Popular Restaurant.
- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) October 26, 2010 - The Anaheim White House, one of Orange County's best-known fine dining destinations, will usher in autumn with holiday events that owner Bruno Serato says will be "unforgettable":
• HALLOWEEN (Sun, Oct 31) - The inaugural "Eat Drink and Be Scary" Halloween bash will benefit Caterina's Club, a nonprofit that helps feed OC's hungry "motel kids." Event will begin at 5 p.m. with cocktails (including a witches brew) and a silent auction; followed by a live auction & costume awards at 5:45 p.m.; and finally dinner/entertainment at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $65.
• VETERAN'S DAY (Thurs, Nov 11) - All military personal including veterans and active duty will receive 50% off all lunch or dinner entrees. The promotion is being coordinated with the Anaheim Grove's 4 Troops In Concert that will be held that evening.
• 23RD ANNUAL TREE LIGHTING (Sun, Nov 21) - One of OC's first holiday offerings gets underway as Serato and the community join together on the snow-capped grounds of the restaurant for the lighting of a magnificent tree. Music, holiday characters, great food and wine are among the festivities of this now cherished annual events.
• THANKSGIVING (Thurs, Nov. 25) - From noon - 9 p.m., guests may order from the regular dinner menu featuring traditional Thanksgiving turkey with all of the trimmings for $39.95 for adults and $19.95 for children 12 and under.
