A very special event is planned to launch the website: on April 18th finedininglovers.com will feature a live streaming of the much-anticipated S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards 2011, held in London, during which the world's finest chefs and restaurants will be awarded.
Starting from April 1st, a teaser page will be online together with a registration form. Food enthusiasts will be asked to register in order to be able to access the live streaming of the Awards night and virtually attend the exciting ceremony.
From April 11th to 17th finedininglovers.com will release a countdown to the event through a daily post and, finally, on April 18th a liveblogging together with the live streaming of the event will be on! From 6.00 pm onwards, a foodblogger will comment the S.Pellegrino 50 Best Awards, from the guests' arrival to the thrill of announcing the winners.
The event is just the beginning, though: finedininglovers.com will offer even more in the following weeks. Portraits of renowned international chefs, such as among the others Massimo Bottura, Carlo Cracco, Andreas Caminada, Elena Arzak, Yoshihiro Narisawa or Anatoly Komm, short documentaries featuring talents like Andreas Larsson, special articles dedicated to traditional Italian products, video interviews to food icons, city guides to discover the hottest fine dining places, sections dedicated to homemade dishes, and so on.
