A Microsoft .Net development company named TatvaSoft recently came up with a rich web-based application "Property Management" for one of its client based in USA.

Save listing- Allows member to save listing in account for future reference
Send to friend- to send listing information to friend via email
Property listing page- shows details of property including images with Google map integration.
Google map integration- Shows property location in Google map and allows enabling and disabling points of interest to display on Google map like school, shopping center, parks, community's facility, recreating center, restaurant etc.
Blog- To view the blog entry and comment on blog. User gets notification when anybody else comments on the blog.
My network- Community facility that allows user to communicate and stay in connected with other users (agent/buyers/seller) A user can invite multiple friends by sending email. In addition to this, all the contacts can be imported easily from Gmail, Yahoo mail, and Hot Mail.
My profile feature allows a user to view and edit profile details.
Create and Print Flyer feature allows authorized user to create and print custom flyer from available flyer design.
Other than this the ASP.Net application offered several other features such as my listing which allows the user to search and save properties on the basis of a city, zip, state, country, type, and budget. Another interesting feature is the loan calculator which calculates loan on the basis of loan amount, interest rate, loan period in years, and start date.
The main objective of the client was fulfilled by the software development company, and i.e. to provide a platform where customers can search an interesting property listing as well as stay connected with real estate industry through social network.
