Dr. Ramachandra N. Galla is the Patriarch of an illustrious business family of Andhra Pradesh, Gallas, who have established a name for themselves by successfully setting up Amara Raja Batteries. In his capacity as the Chairman, Dr. Ramachandra Galla has promoted and established the following companies- Amara Raja Batteries Limited - a JV with Johnson Controls Inc (Amaron batteries), Amara Raja Power Systems Limited, Mangal Precision Products Limited, Amara Raja Electronics Limited and Galla Foods Limited.
