- (1888PressRelease) June 12, 2020 - After successfully conducting online classrooms for over a month, Amity Global School has now announced the annual summer vacation. The school will remain closed for all students between May 25th and June 21st 2020. The classes will resume from June 22nd 2020.
As one of the best IB schools in Noida, Amity Global adjusted its teaching mechanisms to the lockdown conditions in the city. It deployed user-friendly virtual classroom platforms to keep its students attuned to this academic year’s syllabus.
The children attended the online classes whole-heartedly and kept pace with the digital learning method even though some of them confronted infrastructural issues in the beginning.
Non-availability of a separate digital device, slow internet connection and lack of accessories such as webcams and microphones were the common hurdles reported by parents whose children had to participate in virtual classes.
However, the school stood true to its repute of being the best IBPYP school in Noida and customised its teaching methodologies to ensure best of learning experience for children. Teachers exchanged e-mails and quick messages with parents to update them on assignments whenever a child could not connect to the live class. Students too showed their enthusiasm in the entire process and completed assigned tasks diligently.
While the school is now closed for summer break, it is still inviting new students to join the IB programmes pertinent to their age-groups and current academic stage. Parents can apply for new admissions online and contact the school management team via e-mail or phone to complete the process.
