American Sensor Technologies, Inc. (AST) has updated its social media platform to include company news and product updates on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

"During Hurricane Sandy, it was important for AST to communicate our facility closing both internally and externally," says Greg Montrose, Marketing Manager. "With over eighty percent of the area without power and limited phone service, posting updates to the AST website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter gave AST the opportunity to communicate our status as an organization quickly and effectively."
