Amdocs Leads in Global Billing Market Share, Analyst Firm Reports
Amdocs wins two 2011 Stratecast Global Market Share Leadership Awards; one for rating, charging and other core billing, and the other for total (end-to-end) billing

Leading analyst firm, Stratecast named Amdocs as the top vendor in the "rating and charging and other core billing"domain with arevenue-based market share of 19.7 percent. According to Stratecast, this domain is growing in importance in the communications market and currently represents 70 percent of the global, end-to-end billing market. Amdocs was also named the leading vendor in revenue market share for the overall billing market, which in addition to rating and charging and other core billing, includes the mediation, policy management, interconnect and settlements and partner management segments.
According to Stratecast, the key drivers behindAmdocs' success are:
• Strength of billing product line, with the Amdocs CES(customer experience systems) portfoliocovering all components of end-to-end billing
• Significantongoing, year-over-year investment in research and development
• Strength of professional services
• Focus on the communications marketplace, with annual revenues of approximately $3 billion making Amdocs the industry's largest supplier
