ICS-X8 is compatible with Nokia smart phones, equipped with a commercial implementation based on the MirrorLink standard, allowing users to navigate, listen to music, and place calls from the car's dashboard. iPod and iPhone compatibiity with an impressive iPod cover flow makes it all the more appealing to all gizmo lovers.
The ICS-X8 has been developed under a strategic partnership between Alpine and Nokia and is the first after market solution based on MirrorLink. The solution also provides standard hands-free operation of a mobile phone via Bluetooth connection.

It is a touch screen device with LED backlighting, high definition quality as well as 50W*4 high amplifier. It has five colour (Blue/Red/Amber/Green/White) wallpaper selection option. Wireless remote control and steering wheel remote control is also available.
Alpine navigation system input with navigation voice guidance with an in-built bluetooth for handsfree phone and audio streaming makes it a user friendly device.
Moreover, ICS-X8 has interesting features like, DVD/RW/CD-R/MP3/WMA/AAC/DIVX playback and also an AUX input/output. It includes a 1.5 m long USB cable, which is music and video compatible.
