Aloma Bowl Hosts Official Toys for Tots Holiday Toy Drive

Orlando, FL (1888PressRelease) November 15, 2019 - Lights are sparkling, jingle bells are ringing and presents are piling under the tree – the holiday season is here! To kick off the merriest time of the year, Aloma Bowl is spreading holiday cheer by giving back.

The Winter Park entertainment center is proud to serve as an official Toys for Tots drop off location. From now through Dec. 6, guests can bring in new, unwrapped toys and receive one free bowling game.

On Dec. 7, Aloma Bowl has partnered with Orlando Regional USBC to host a special event celebrating the Toys for Tots program. The center’s youth bowlers will join forces with Marines to load up all of the donated toys and see them off before being delivered to little boys and girls in need.

“Ever since our opening over 40 years ago, Aloma Bowl has been committed to our community,” said Jennifer Halpern, general manager of Aloma Bowl. “It’s an honor to partner with Orlando Regional USBC to bring joy to the children who need it the most this holiday season.”

Last year was a record-breaking year for Aloma Bowl’s toy drive, but this year the center wants to raise even more toys – the goal is to raise 20 bicycles in addition to all the other fun toys.

Aloma Bowl is Winter Park’s premier entertainment center. The venue features 32 bowling lanes, an arcade, billiards tables and the Brooklyn South Bar & Grill, a full service bar and restaurant. The center regularly holds promotions, events and activities including Trivia Tuesdays, Karaoke Fridays and Live Music Saturdays.
