Customers chose CureSearch for Children's Cancer as the main beneficiary of Allied's Annual Charity Week. The organization was nominated by Allied employee, Stephanie Thomas, whose son, Michael, lost his battle with children's cancer at just two years old. On January 19th, Thomas, her daughter, Marlee, and Allied Management gathered to present CureSearch with a check for $13,318.78.

Allied Wire & Cable's 2009 Charity Week was a success, having raised $9223.31. Seven charities benefitted from this year's Charity Week. The Make-A-Wish Foundation received $7727.31 and the six other charities featured in their website vote each received $250.
