All-new Red, The Steakhouse Boca Raton Debuts Executive Trio Prix Fixe Menu
Recently revamped steakhouse introduces $49-per-person three-course dinner for executives and early diners.

Available 5-7 p.m. daily, the prix fixe dining experience caters to Boca Raton's executives and early diners.
Acclaimed Restaurateur and Founder Brad Friedlander explains that Red Boca Raton's new Executive Trio menu was created to fill a void in the heart of Boca Raton's heavily populated executive market, recognized as the "Golden Triangle".
"At Red, we recognize that while some work is meant to happen in a conference room, other business is better suited to a dining room. Our new Executive Trio menu was specifically designed for frequency - an executive, power guest or early diner can rest assured that they can dine with us seven nights a week and receive a superior steak, sophisticated ambiance and tremendous affordability at only $49 per person for three courses including red or white wine."
Red's Executive Trio first course, "Ramp Up," offers guests the choice of one starter, including Clams Casino, Brad's Stuffed Hot Peppers (Red owner Brad Friedlander's specialty), French Onion Soup Gratinée, Red "House" Salad or Classic Caesar Salad.
The "It's a Win-Win" main course features the choice of a 14-ounce Aged Certified Angus Beef Strip, a 16-ounce Aged Certified Angus Beef Ribeye, and an 8-ounce Aged Certified Angus Beef Prime Filet with 4-ounce Lobster Tail. Red is the only restaurant in Boca Raton-and one of only four in the country-to offer Certified Angus Beef Prime, a quality distinction met by less than 1.5% of all beef. Other entrée choices on the Executive Trio menu include Wild Salmon or Fish Du Jour, Pappardelle Bolognese and Linguini & Clams. All entrées, except pastas, include a side dish.
For the final course, guests can "Seal the Deal" with one of Red's made-from-scratch desserts, featuring Molten Chocolate Cake, Apple Pie Croissant Bread Pudding and Chef's Selection of Assorted Sorbet or Gelato. Diners also get one complimentary glass of red or white wine, coffee or soft drink.
Red, the Steakhouse Boca Raton reopened Oct. 11 with a slew of changes made to accommodate area patrons, including redesigned interiors, reduced prices and new promotional offers. Red, The Steakhouse Boca Raton is located at 1901 N. Military Trail, down the street from The Shops at Boca Center.
