12. Kannada: steps will be taken to enhance Kannada heritage and culture and to increase the use of Kannada in local courts. All government departments will have drafts and documents in the Kannada language.
13. Government services free from corruption: Transparency in all rules, first preference to a corruption-free government. Vigilance agencies in every government department across the state, law to remove the corrupt public officials from their jobs.
14. Reducing government expenditure: steps to be taken to reduce government expenses, from the top level to grassroots level of administration. Special projects to reduce unnecessary expenditure.
