CdSe ZnS Core Shell Quantum Dots
With a purity of 99+%, the CdSe ZnS (short for cadmium selenide zinc sulfide) core shell quantum dots has wonderful optical properties, featuring a ZnS coating that helps to protect and stabilize the unique optical properties of the CdSe core from potentially damaging environments, and at the same time reducing surface trap states and improving performance. The ZnS shell renders bright and stable luminescence and their stable nature allows further surface-chemistry manipulation.

CdSeTe ZnS Quantum Dots
With a purity of 99.99% and in the form of liquid, CdSeTe ZnS quantum dots also behaves well in many aspects such as the high quantum yield of exciton luminescence, and the long photo stability and the rearrangement of the exciton luminescence band in a wide spectrum range. All makes them potentially applicable in photovoltaic and laser devices, thin-film transistors, light-emitting diodes and luminescent labels in biology and medicine.
