Alexandre Pearson Joins Landen Options and Futures Board of Directors

(1888PressRelease) February 09, 2011 - Mr. Pearson Board Membership's was signed by Mr. Simon Fletcher, the firm's Senior Vice President, in behalf of the firm's President, who was still on leave during the event. He was also unanimously elected as the Head of Review and Audit Committee of the company. Mr. Pearson is the 12th member of the Landen Options and Futures' Board of Directors.

Mr. Pearson is considered as one of the pioneers in the industry, thus, he is expected to bring extensive experience to Landen Options, especially on regulatory matters, related laws, corporate finance and governance. He has been noted and prominent on these areas as he has proven his leadership and skills when he was still working in some of the leading financial institutions.

For half a decade, he served as Senior Financial Director at the same time Executive Vice President at a full-service investment company that specializes on asset management and capital markets in New York. He was assigned to supervise the company's financial aspect, internal audit, investor and rating agency relations, tax and accounting and other regulatory and policy matters. During his tenure of office, he has reported to have added billions of financial assets to the firm. He also successfully completed number of acquisitions and built a harmonious business relationship with the European Union.

While working he proceed his masters degree in Business Management in the same University and graduated with distinguished academic honor.
