(1888PressRelease) June 28, 2011 - New York, New York - City Model and Talent, (http://www.citymodelandtalent.com), held their much-anticipated third annual "Fighting Leukemia With Fashion" event to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). The event took place on June 23rd 2011 at Lounge 404 NYC located at 404 10th Avenue and West 33rd Street and was a great success. In attendance were "Real Housewives of New York" stars Alex McCord and husband, Simon Van Kempen. The event included an open bar, exclusive and chic designer outfits, and featured an astounding live performance by Damien Richards & The D. Rich Project.

Proceeds from the evening went to LLS, the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to increasing funds for lifesaving blood cancer research and providing free information and support services to those touched by cancer. Funds from "Fighting Leukemia With Fashion" will help advance LLS's mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
