Alessa Ray has been busy through the Fall season working in the studio and in front of the camera creating exciting content to push her latest singles including “Game Over” and “Mamacita”. Ray once again teamed up with video producer ZANE to create a thrilling, dance floor moving new music video for “Game Over”, which was released this AM via Youtube and previewed exclusively by Amazing Website. “Game Over” is a song many can relate to about breakup and the video’s energy, music and her forward fashion pulses with international influences including Tango, electronic and Latin pop.
Known all throughout her home country of Paraguay, Alessa Ray has now been turning heads in Los Angeles with weekly live performances and consistent new music being released almost monthly. This emerging songwriter and producer knows a thing or two about traditional South American music and blends her proud ethnic heritage with larger than life pop, dynamic fashion sense and mainstream trends that gives Ray her unique flavor. Ray is bilingual, singing in both English and Spanish on many of her songs including her Salsa tinged pop track “Mamacita”. About Alessa Ray:
Alessa Ray is a pop singer, songwriter and producer from Los Angeles. As a contestant in the "Music Record Contest" in her home country of Paraguay, she realized that writing her own songs would be the best way to express herself as a musician. In 2017 the multilingual artist self-released her debut EP online and began performing in regional clubs. After relocating to Los Angeles and attending Musicians Institute she continued to perform at Hollywood venues as a background singer, as well as performing her own music with notable session players.
Alessa is currently is in the studio putting the final touches on her second EP, which is inspired by life experiences, literature and her adventures meeting unique people from around the world. Musically, she draws inspiration from a wide spectrum of popular musical styles, ranging from salsa to EDM, and will incorporate “Spanglish” into her upcoming singles. Alessa’s music has been featured by Music Connection magazine, Muzik Beat, Tuned Loud, La Mezcla, Popdust, Hunnypot Unlimited and The JW Vibe.
