Feldman has been invited to join the prestigious International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL). Chartered in 1954 to facilitate the administration of justice and promote the rule of law internationally, IATL limits its invitation-only membership to 500 U.S. fellows, as well as fellows from more than 30 other countries. Prospective fellows undergo a rigorous review that includes legal skills, character, integrity and trial record.

Feldman will be inducted into the IATL during the organization's 2012 Mid-Year Meeting, to be held from July 25 through 29 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vail, Colo.
Feldman has been winning verdicts and settlements in serious personal injury and class action matters for more than 30 years. A sampling of his recent successes includes a $26.1 million settlement for a fatal injury and a traumatic brain injury to occupants of a car struck by a tractor-trailer, a $4.5 million verdict for a warehouse worker injured by a brake failure on a pallet truck, an $18 million settlement for death and injuries caused by a defective portable heater, a $10 million settlement in an airbag non-deployment case, a verdict of more than $4 million for an infant killed in a trucking accident, and $6 million and $5.6 million verdicts in separate class action cases against a major automobile manufacturer.

Feldman is also a respected leader within the Philadelphia legal community. He is a past chancellor of the 13,000-member Philadelphia Bar Association, has served as president of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and is one of a select number of trial lawyers to be certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Feldman is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a fellow of the Academy of Advocacy and the 2007 recipient of the Community Legal Services Equal Justice Award.
