Airline developing a new direction: Uzbekistan Airways
Uzbekistan Airways introduced its services at one of the leading tourism exhibitions in the Asia-Pacific region — OTM MUMBAI 2019 on January 23-25, 2019. For active participation in this fair, Uzbekistan Airways was awarded in the nomination “The airline developing a new direction”.
- (1888PressRelease) February 14, 2019 - Uzbekistan Airways introduced its services at one of the leading tourism exhibitions in the Asia-Pacific region — OTM MUMBAI 2019 on January 23-25, 2019. For active participation in this fair, Uzbekistan Airways was awarded in the nomination “The airline developing a new direction”.
During the fair, the joint stand of the NAC and travel companies of Uzbekistan was visited by high-ranking guests, including South African Minister of Tourism, Mr. Derek Hanekom, who noted that he had the most pleasant memories of visiting Uzbekistan and the ancient cities of Tashkent and Samarkand, and wished Uzbekistan Airways success and prosperity
The stand of the NAC attracted the attention of a large number of exhibitors and guests who were interested in the rules for staying in our country and transfering through it, the geography of flights, flight schedules, aircraft fleet, baggage rules of the NAC and etc.
Active interest was observed by representatives of Indian tourist organizations to the possibility of organizing for local residents group trips by the air carrier flights from India to Tashkent, as well as to transfer services to cities in Europe, Russia and the CIS.
The participation of Uzbekistan Airways at OTM MUMBAI 2019 contributed to the promotion of the NAC brand and its capabilities, and also of the Republic of Uzbekistan as an attractive touristic destination in the whole.
