Some of the highlights of the solution include robust support for data entry in Spanish and English, an offline briefcase functionality to allow AIB auditors to conduct audits at remote field sites with no access to Internet, a scheduler to automate every task related to audit scheduling, extensive support to train auditors, and an application studio that allows AIB users to independently develop new applications and enhance or customize functionalities of the existing application.
As part of the next phase of implementation, the reach of the MetricStream solution will be extended to the entire customer base of AIB International. In addition, more languages will be included for data entry into the application.
