QANDA released the Indonesian version in August 2019, and through steady and high user satisfaction rate since its launch, it currently maintains the top spot along with a number of leading global e-learning apps such as Google Kelas and Skill Academy. Since COVID-19, the company has seen a surge on the e-learning platform demand.
Developed by Korea’s leading edtech startup, Mathpresso, ‘QANDA’ is a mobile app that enables students of all levels to receive instant solutions and 1-on-1 support from some of the world’s top-university tutors. Users can take a photo of a math problem, upload it to the app, and then its AI-based optical character recognition scan will find and solve it in five seconds.
QANDA is used by more than a third of the entire K-12 student population in Korea, the country with one of the highest college enrollment rates in the world. It recently garnered no.1 on the education chart in Thailand in early September, just a week after its launch.
