AdvantaPure announces the appointment of Cuong M. Nguyen to its team. Nguyen fills a new position and brings with him many years of experience in sales management, research, application support and business development involving the pharmaceutical and biopharma industries. As Western Regional Sales Manager, Nguyen is responsible for the management and growth of accounts in the western US.

Nguyen, a biopharma industry veteran, will handle account management and sales for AdvantaPure's high purity/biopharma tubing, hose and Single-Use products, as well as tubing and hose for its parent company, NewAge Industries.
The company conducted an extensive search to fulfill the new West Coast position. With the biopharma activity in that part of the country, the need for a local, dedicated representative was evident. Nguyen's experience in sales, expertise with biopharma fluid transfer processes and equipment, and knowledge of the western regional area were key factors in AdvantaPure's decision.

Nguyen's experience includes positions in research, technical sales, application support, sales management, training and business development. He is also co-author of several peer-reviewed articles published in professional journals and has presented at national and international conferences. Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Arts and Sciences Biology from San Diego State University, San Diego, Calif.
Based in California, Nguyen is responsible for sales, management and growth in the western United States. He represents both the AdvantaPure high purity/biopharma product line and tubing and hose for food, beverage, medical, chemical and industrial applications manufactured by NewAge Industries, Inc.
