Mr. Napier and Ms. Peppers will give their presentation "APA 101: Navigating Through Process" to an audience of hospital executives in Accounting, Finance, Patient Financial Services and Revenue Cycle Management. Their presentation will begin by discussing APA's journey of being awarded a Federal Patient Navigator Grant in 4 states but will primarily focus on the lessons that have been learned from assisting consumers and provide valuable insight for hospitals when developing an effective Exchange enrollment process.
