ADP India strengthens its bond with the associates and their families over fun filled activities of 5th Family Day
Weeklong celebrations in the company to mark 5 years of association with the associates and families. ADP Private Limited celebrated its 5th Family Day, on Sunday, 6th November, 2011 at Laxmi Lawns, Magarpatta City, as a part of its "extended family" initiative which aims to extend the circle of involvement to associates and their families.
- (1888PressRelease) November 08, 2011 - ADP Private Limited celebrated its 5th Family Day, on Sunday, 6th November, 2011 at Laxmi Lawns, Magarpatta City, as a part of its "extended family" initiative which aims to extend the circle of involvement to associates and their families. This year, the company is celebrating its five year association with this special day christened as Swarang' 12 and has set Evolution as the theme. Close to 4000 associates and their family members who were present on this occasion bonded with each other over several engaging and synergistic activities.
To make Family Day an occasion of celebration, inclusion and bonding, senior leaders and managers of ADP gave a special touch to the event by extending a personal invitation to each associate to be a part of the Family Day festivities. Along with this, a personalized invite was sent to the family members of all the associates welcoming them to the celebrations.
The celebrations were initiated a few weeks before the main event with many creative events organized for the associates which included fun and interactive activities in the ADP campus. The highlight was a special event (The Bonding) that was organized for 100 lucky ADP associates and their families at The Westin on 16th October, 2011. During this event the leadership and associate families actively participated in interactivities over a warm and vibrant evening get-together.
Keeping up with the enthusiasm, the grand finale - Swarang' 12 - ADP Family Day - started off with an address from Mr. Shakti Sagar, MD, ADP- India. He welcomed the families and thanked them for their constant support towards the ADP family. The evening began with a glamorous walk on the ramp by the family members of the associates, a scintillating dance performance by the ADP associates, and a rocking performance by the in-house rock band "Decibels". Key highlight of the event was a special performance by the famous Bollywood Singer, Neeraj Shridhar, who enthralled the audience with his super hit Bollywood melodies and also the ones from yesteryears.
While addressing the associates and families Mr. Shakti Sagar, MD, ADP Private Limited said, "Each year ADP India Family Day (Swarang) brings us an occasion to celebrate our achievements with our extended family who have been a key contributor in ADP India's success. As this year's theme suggests, Swarang' 12 is aimed at spreading joy and further strengthen the bond within the ADP family."
Along with the entire cultural fiesta, ADP Family Day had numerous entertaining and interactive activities for family members of all ages starting from kids to youth to elders. The associates and their family members enthusiastically and cheerfully participated in the activities organized exclusively for them.
