The addition of this online e-procurement platform expands Admin Center's services to include the facilitation of online bidding through reverse auctions. E-procurement refers to the B2B, B2C or B2G trade of supplies, work and services through the internet.
In a reverse auction, pre-qualified suppliers compete against one another to win the opportunity to sell goods or services to a purchasing organization.
