- Seattle-Bellevue-Everett, WA (1888PressRelease) May 06, 2021 - Adaptiva Promotes Doug Kennedy to Chief Operating Officer, Adds Enterprise Leader Mike Bradley as Senior Director, Alliances and Channels.
Adaptiva, a leading, global provider of endpoint management and security solutions for enterprise customers, today announced that it has promoted Doug Kennedy to chief operating officer. Kennedy, a former Oracle, Microsoft and NetSuite executive, previously served as Adaptiva’s chief growth officer. Under his leadership, Adaptiva expanded existing customer relationships and extended its reach with new global customers amid digital transformation. Kennedy oversaw record growth despite the challenging circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic. In his new role, Kennedy is in charge of all business operations, including finance, human resources and investor relations.
In addition to Kennedy’s promotion, Adaptiva hired Mike Bradley as senior director, alliances and channels. Bradley brings over 25 years of experience working for enterprise companies, including Oracle and NetSuite. Most recently, he served in Oracle’s CX Marketing organization where he focused on business development through managed partners. Bradley is known for his diverse skill set, which has allowed him to lead through varying roles over the course of his career, including technical pre-sales, customer success management, business development, and partnering. At Adaptiva, Bradley is responsible for recruiting, enabling and driving business development as well as sales with channel partners and managed service providers (MSPs). He will work closely with Adaptiva’s direct sales team to ensure partners effectively complement Adaptiva sales and provide reach into new and existing markets while lowering Adaptiva’s overall cost of sales.
“Adaptiva has built a world-class organization and developed technology with demonstrable value to enterprises, particularly given the shift to remote work and subsequent push to leverage the cloud,” said Bradley. “I look forward to getting these products into even more enterprises through a robust and efficient channel program.”
Bradley joins Adaptiva as it continues to create award-winning products that meet enterprises where they are and help them get where they are going, particularly as they embark on digital transformation. Today’s IT teams face increasing workloads and new security threats every day, and Adaptiva products make the job of IT professionals easier by eliminating the need for a vast IT infrastructure and automating countless endpoint management and security tasks. The company has developed offerings for any stage of an enterprise’s journey, from on-premises to hybrid to cloud environments.
“Adaptiva has entered a phase of hypergrowth, due in large part to Doug Kennedy’s leadership. He is the ideal person to lead operations moving forward, with a keen understanding of our business and how it fits into the present moment as well as the enterprise of the future,” said Deepak Kumar, founder and CEO of Adaptiva. “And we are delighted to welcome Mike Bradley as we prepare to introduce even more game-changing products to the market. He’s a tremendous fit to shepherd our channel strategy moving forward so that we can further accelerate sales, capitalizing on demand.”
