Adaface launches assessments for database skills
Adaface now offers assessments to evaluate database skills using the chat-based format of assessments/coding tests. The questions include short, multiple-choice tests, optional coding, and debugging challenges that are created by subject matter experts. Coupled with the new user-friendly platform and a wide range of new assessments, the platform offers a great experience for candidates.

Candidates take short 45-60 minute tests, which can be MCQs of varying difficulties, with optional debugging/coding challenges to test their skills on different topics and job roles.
The platform also offers a PostgreSQL online test(https://www.adaface.com/assessment-test/postgresql-test) and MS SQL online test(https://www.adaface.com/assessment-test/ms-sql-test) which measure a candidate's knowledge and proficiency in specific areas regarding the understanding and usage of PostgreSQL and MS SQL in day-to-day tasks.
Each candidate's score is displayed on the dashboard with a pass/fail recommendation. This is helpful for recruiters as the data from the candidate report provides an effective way of filtering out candidates for different job roles.
